Assoc.Prof. Neringa Gerulatiene
Neringa Gerulaitiene is an assoc. professor at Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) in Lithuania and a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Montpellier in France, and a country node leader of a global research network “InSPiR2eS” in Lithuania. Her main research interests are in family business, dynamic managerial capabilities, emotion regulation, and healthcare management. She is the co-author of two inventions that are protected by the intellectual property of the European Union. Neringa has a number of awards in science e.g. she was awarded as a young researcher of the year at KTU in 2024. Since 2009, she has developed her academic competencies at the Haas Business School, UC Berkeley, USA in 2019 Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, Spain (February 2022); ESADE Ramon Llull University, Spain (2017) and many others.
