In his long career, besides serving full-time at the following schools, he has directed and trained teachers at four private language centers, established two schools (one in San Francisco and one in Ningbo, China), and set up language programs for Sun Moon Star Ltd and China Petroleum, both in Taipei.

His areas of expertise are Art, Teaching English to Non-native speakers, Second Language Acquisition, Writing, Teacher Training.
In this speech, James plans to give a brief talk on how to prepare and present a student-centered content class in English without speaking perfect English.
He will discuss how slowly changed from a teacher-centered lecturer to a student-center facilitator.
He will introduce easy to follow approaches to materials preparation as class facilitation.
